Here you will find Green Chile Recipes and ideas on how to serve Mama Montoya’s Authentic Pork Green Chile, we put it over everything.

Smothered Burritos: Heat Mama Montoya’s Green Chile as well as refried beans (homemade beans are best if possible) season with garlic powder and salt to taste, set aside. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink, breaking up as it cooks add salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the burritos: Heat tortillas on ungreased skillet, working with one tortilla at a time, spread beans and beef down the center of the tortilla, sprinkle a little cheese. Fold in one end of the tortilla, then roll into a burrito. Place the burrito on a plate, smother with a generous amount of heated Mama Montoya’s Green Chile. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, finely chopped onion and diced tomato.

Optional: Add rice, chicken or steak in place of beef and or top with guacamole and sour cream.

Mama Montoya’s Green Chile Enchiladas: Lightly fry 7 – 10 corn tortillas in canola oil, pat dry with paper towel. Line corn tortillas with Cheddar Cheese along with Shredded Grilled Chicken, Ground Beef or Shredded Beef if you like. Roll corn tortillas and place in a 9×7 baking pan. Heat a tub of Mama Montoya’s Authentic Pork Green Chile Medium or Hot, pour heated chile over rolled corn tortillas and place in a pre heated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven let stand 5 minutes before serving, garnish with onion, lettuce, tomato and sour cream, enjoy!

Mama Montoya’s Huevos Rancheros: Lightly fry 2 corn tortillas, pat dry with paper towel, place on plate. Optional, Spread warm refried or mashed pinto beans on top of corn tortillas, add a layer of potatoes or hash browns. Prepare two eggs over easy or to your liking, place on top of potatoes and top with plenty of Mama Montoya’s Green Chile, serve immediately, enjoy!

Mama Montoya’s Green Chile Salad: Heat Mama Montoya’s Green Chile in a Sauce Pan over Medium/Low heat. Once hot pour your desired amount in a bowl, top with Lettuce, Cheese, Tomato and Onion. Hope you enjoy!

Mama Montoya’s Slopper: Grill a hamburger patty to your liking, place patty in your favorite bun and place in a shallow bowl, top bun with grated Cheddar Cheese and pour a generous amount of heated Mama Montoya’s Authentic Pork Green Chile over the top to melt the cheese, garnish with lettuce, tomato & onion.
